Episode # 134: A Culture of Integration with Alicia Sunflower Rose

Episode # 134: A Culture of Integration with Alicia Sunflower Rose

Hi Rosies,

Today’s show speaks to fragmentation, as a dissipation of attention, energy and identity. It also talks to the fragmentation that can come with intense experiences (whether positive or negative).  We propose instead a lifestyle and culture of integration. The episode is in two parts. In the first 20 minutes, I talk about integration from the perspective of pulling one’s energy home, focus and wholeness, a kind of living chastity.

In the second half my delicious and wonderful guest therapist and medicine woman @thealiciasunflower offers her insights into living with conscious aftercare and creating a patient culture of integration.

BONUS: To accompany this episode we have a ten minute free meditation on The Flame Within.
